Modern Renaissance

Only one of the nicest, trendiest pallets I have ever laid eyes on, that would be the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette. A nightmare to get hold of, but defiantly worth it. it took me 3 months on a waiting list on Cult beauty to finally get my hands on this lush palette but was defiantly worth every single minute of the wait! I am literally in love with everything to do with these eyeshadows.

First of all we shall start on the packaging... VELVET!!!! OMG, the fact that velvet is good enough for me to die in, Anastasia Beverly Hills just had to take it one step further and use soft purple coloured velvet packaging to encase their gorgeous eyeshadows in. This alone made me cry when I first opened the package.

So after encountering a lushhhhh, soft two ended shadow brush and clear, zoomed mirror, making this palette easy to take around with you to top up, or just apply some random eyeshadow to your lids throughout the day.

Leading off from that, the pigment in these shadows is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! It's so so so easy to apply leaving a lovely build able coverage. it's also super easy to blend. It leaves a little fall down but as long as you apply your base makeup after your eyeshadow you're well away!

So to start things off the colours in this palette are loavallyyyyyyyyy! Their super trendy, including burnt orange tones and pinky red ones too. It also includes two cute glitters, a gold and a silver with a purple tone. the thing i like about these is that you can create nude, natural looks and contrasting with that; full out night time looks too. My favourite shade is defiently love Letter. I'm so in love with my red/pink shades at the moment. I created a look with a blend of 'Venatrain Red' and 'Love letter' using a glitter eyes duet...
